Snapshots from Stockholm
Last week I spent a quick 30ish hours in Stockholm — the main reason for the trip was work, but thankfully this time around I had some more time to explore a bit of the city as well. The last time I was there, last-minute and literally straight from the plane from Australia, was in February. I had a lot more meetings then and the city was covered in snow, so there wasn’t much of an opportunity to explore and see… other than on the trips between the hotel and the office.
I didn’t do any research nor planned places to visit ahead of time, so ahead a visual diary of snapshots from a casual exploration of the Swedish capitol in 24 hours. Sometimes that’s just the best way to see a city, anyway…
First day, wearing: ARKET oversized blazer + crew neck tee, IVY & OAK leather culottes, NVMEN everyday tote, Adidas “Falcon” sneakers.
A must-visit in Stockholm for dinner — restaurant BABETTE. A small menu with a variety of dishes, plus a daily pizza menu, and a nice wine card. We sat outdoors, but the indoors looks very cozy too. GREAT pizza, some of the best I’ve ever had.
Second day — switching leather from top to bottom: ARKET leather shirt, IVY & OAK tank top, & Other Stories culottes (similar), NVMEN everyday tote.
