The Nude Lip

Truth be told, I have never been much of a fan of nude lipstick. I find it such a hit & miss on people that I hadn't tried the shade myself. Granted, lipstick in general is a bit of a new 'thing' for me (really like lipstains or tinted lipbalms instead), but 2014 seems to have been the year of venturing out in the beauty world so it was only a matter of time.

Because I always focus on the eyes when applying make-up, I wanted to try something subtle for the lips. Key requirements: slightly sheer, moisturizing and very natural-looking.

So far I am really enjoying this lipstick from Lise Watier and I have found myself carrying it with me on a daily basis. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a new natural shade!
